Acreage People – Return & Exchange Policy
At Acreage People, we know that outfitting your acreage isn’t always one‑size‑fits‑all. Gate lengths, panel heights, fencing types — sometimes the first choice isn’t the perfect fit. Our goal is to work with you to make sure you end up with the right product for your land, your animals, and your project. Our policy is designed to be fair, practical, and supportive while ensuring the integrity of the products we sell.
Returns – Within 7 Days
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase on eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

Original packaging must be included where applicable

Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges – Within 30 Days
We offer exchanges within 30 days on eligible items.
We understand that choosing the right gate, panel, or fencing can be tricky. If you picked the wrong size or style, we’ll work with you to find the correct product.
To qualify for an exchange:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Exchange must be for a similar product type (e.g., gate for gate, panel for panel)

Any price difference will be adjusted at the time of exchange
We are happy to help you get the right fit for your setup.
Final Sale Items
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature or handling requirements.
Stall Mats – Final Sale
All stall mats are final sale. Because they mark easily once moved and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Special Orders – Final Sale
Any item ordered specifically for a customer — including round pen packages, shelters, and custom quantities — is non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.
Wire Fence Rolls
Wire fence rolls can be exchanged only if they are completely unopened.
To qualify:

Roll must not be cut, unspooled, or altered

Roll must be in unused condition

Customer is responsible for returning the roll in acceptable condition
Once a roll is opened, it cannot be exchanged.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Stall mats (all types)

Opened wire rolls

Cut wire, mesh, or fencing

Feed, bedding, and consumables
-
Clearance or discounted items

Any product showing signs of use, installation, or weather exposure
Delivery & Pickup

Delivery fees are non‑refundable

If an exchange requires pickup or re‑delivery, additional charges may apply
Damaged or Defective Items
If something appears damaged or defective at the time of pickup or delivery:
